Custom Made Items and Christmas Delivery 2024
- As the holiday season is fast approaching, we would like to remind customers that our Chritsmas delivery cut off for Custom Made items will be the 6th December 5pm (GMT). Any orders placed after this time will be processed after Christmas and will be ready and preapred for despatch from early January 2025.*
- **If you are placing an international order delivery can take between 2 - 4 weeks usually depending on your local postal services, and with Christmas being a busy time of the year, we would certainly recommend ordering further in advance to avoid any dissapointment.
- We will be closed from the 20th December 2024. We will process all orders, and respond to all emails when we re-open on the 2nd January 2025.

*Our economy methods, are unavailable to some areas of the UK for larger orders (over 2kg, or bulky items). Such as; Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands of the UK. - From the 1st of July new VAT and Tax rules for EU member countries were introduced for orders coming from outside the EU. All orders being shipped to the EU will be subject to a VAT and Tax charge. Prices will depend on the local postal service and countries' rules on this, these fees are not calculated at the checkout and you will receive further information about this from the postal service once the order arrives in the country of its destination.

Our DuraFlag 150gsm knitted polyester flags are a premium option for those who want a better flag. The material is heavier (150gsm) than most other printed flags sold online as the industry standard is between (95gsm - 115gsm). Our DuraFlag flag are vibrantly printed with an excellent bleed through to the reverse side. The material is low-shine, and an optimal weight for flying outdoors. All of these additional features, make DuraFlag a great choice as an outdoor flag, without the hefty price tag.
For every DuraFlag design we offer, we keep the full size artwork on file, and we are able to quote for custom made sizes and different fittings, however in this case, this particular listing is for a flag we have made earlier for our stock, with the exact specifications as below:
